I have bought about 3 different types of work out cellphone holders over the past several years. This holder is the best one yet. The diameter of my upper arm is smaller, but the band still fits snug. It doesn't move around when I'm jogging or doing dynamic movements with weights. The velcro holds tight. My phone does not fall out as there is a flap that flips over and covers the slit where the phone slides in. You can access your phone over the clear plastic. Great find and highly recommend.
