Surprise surprise!
I appreciate Lee's research tips that I get in my e-mail. I also appreciate the snail mail offers from 'others' who tell me about cutting edge items for only $39.95/month with FREE shipping. One was for Astaxanthin - and as a man - I needed it. Let me check Swanson's first - WAIT! I am already getting something BETTER than what 'they' promised - at $9.95 for TWO months supply. LEE already knew he was 'cutting edge!' Surprise! Surprise!

Great product but take 2 per dose
Very good product but the suggested use is incorrect. It should be 2 softgels per day. The standard dose of saw palmetto extract is 320 mg per day. There is astaxanthin in this which takes up some room so to get 320 mg of saw palmetto you have to take 2.
