great while it worked

I took this out of the box, put in batteries, put it on my camera & it worked great. I used it again 6 weeks later and all was still good. Another two months I got it out again & it was dead. I put in fresh batteries and nothing. Dead as a hammer. I have since bought (and returned) 3 different flashes that didn't work as well as the pop-up flash on my camera. I have talked with 4 different technical support people. UGH! I'm very frustrated. I'm tempted to give this one a try again.

terrible flash

It's true you get what you pay for. This flash washed out all my photos - even when I had the flash pointing straight up. There's no way to adjust the power of the flash (not that I could find.) I couldn't return it fast enough.
