I bought the Maxx for my tennis shoes and the Pinnacle for my dress shoes and casual shoes. These actually work better than my medical orthotics. The provide almost identical support are much more cushioned and comfortable. I did notice the the top fabric is letting loose, but I use these everyday.

I've worn this brand 3/4 shoe insert for over ten years. I'd stopped using them periodically only to have my knee pain return which prompted my reuse. They're a basic foundation necessity for me & my knees if I want to avoid knee pain.

My AI recommended these for my son to wear in his sprinting spike shoes. Gotta tell ya, the fit is perfect. And his posterior shin splints are HISTORY!
