Nice looking but cheap and uncomfortable.

My big issue is that this item was supposed to be delivered and never shipped and I called Walmart customer service and they canceled the order and refunded it to me. Two weeks later it was delivered and I got an email saying that it had arrived and then I'll be recharged in this timeframe. I've already ordered a new sofa. When this got delivered, my wife thought it was the new one that was ordered and opened it up. Unfortunately, it was the one that was canceled and when trying to set up a return, Walmart won't let me set up a return and then also requires me to package the item back up, which when the box was opened, it was torn because it's a sofa. Now I'm stuck with a sofa. That's extremely uncomfortable and no way to return it.
