Such a cute pleated skirt! I'm a 5' 2 teenage girl and this fit perfectly on me! I have a 24' waist and bought the size 10 and it fits great. Highly reccomend if you're looking for a cheap Brandy Melville dupe/ y2k kind of skirt.
