Very pretty Smart toilet , wished it work in my Manufactured home straight out the box. Would have to redo plumbing in order for it to work .

During a bathroom remodel, we knew we wanted a Bidet / Smart Toliet. Also, our layout in the bathroom is unique, where a window and light switches are close to a full sized toliets tank. So we wanted something tankless. We shopped around a lot, and selected the T20Y as it checked every box, and was very reasonable priced compared to other brands. Read a lot of reviews on Horow, and figured with the warranty and support, to give it a try. Install is pretty straight forward, we are lucky because there is a decent amount of space on either side of the toilet. Lining up the holes was a little difficult, and the toilet is rather heavy so be prepared for a little bit of a struggle getting it seated. Power hookup is simple plug in, no issues there. The kit comes with supply valve and everything you need to install. The supply hose for the toilet is really stiff, and large, so keep that in mind when putting the valve on the wall. We had ours turned about 90 degrees from vertical so it was easier to install and looked cleaner. Toilet turned on, no leaks, everything is good and sealed. Never having used a bidet, getting used to it is a bit of a learning curve, however, with a heated seat, and heated water, its not an uncomfortable experience, just a new one. The only downside to the toilet, is the instruction manual. You can tell it is somewhat poorly translated, and looking up a youtube video helped me understand the features and how everything worked. Overall, very happy with the purchase, probably never going back to a conventional toilet.
