My doctor decided I should try Bernerine in lieu of a prescription for cholesterol level. I've been taking the pills for one month, so I am not sure if it's beneficial yet. The size of the capsule is rather large but it's easy to swallow. I've not had any side effects of any kind. It's better than taking another prescription.
