Great supplement.
I used this supplement primarily to enhance the effects of caffeine. It inhibits enzymes in the liver and increases the half life of caffeine, making it last longer. I could definitely tell that my coffee lasted almost twice as long when I used it.As far as antioxidant properties, I am not quite sure, since I use a lot of antioxidants due to all the oxidative stress that working out puts on my body. If you look carefully on some over the counter fat burners, you will notice naringin in the ingredients list.

This supplement is not easy to find at the price and quality that Swanson offers it for. I have to take it in the morning because it keeps me awake otherwise. I take this along with curcumin, astaxanthin, berberine, and cinnamon as part of an antioxidant/antioxidant "cocktail" that keeps me active, mentally sharp and healthy
