I got the 18x18 inch cover to fit a 20x20 inch pillow insert. I'm sure an 18x18 insert would fit also but I wanted a little more plushiness. The cover is gorgeous, with a thick cloth and really a really nice fluffy front pattern. I am a little worried about washing in the machine because the strings seem so delicate. I would probably put in a garment bag and wash with delicates and hang to dry. Great price, looks awesome.
