Alta 02 63" Sideboard

I ordered the all black unit and received a mix of a black and white unit, with malfunctioning door hinges. I took pics/video and contacted the seller. The sellers rep, Marcin, refused to assist. I initially inquired about the seller shipping the correct black lies es and functioning hinges. After about a week of lack of response, or follow through, I grew angry and requested a refund. Mind you, the original boxes had been trashed. The seller opted to offer me 15%, equally $45, as an inconvenience refund to keep the defective unit that I paid $300. A joke, right?! I was livid. I reached out to Walmart to explain the situation and they attempted to reason with the seller, on my behalf. Still the seller was not accommodating. Finally the seller, after nearly two weeks of back and forth, agreed to ship my initial request, but at this point I was over it and wanted a refund. Walmart customer service issued a full refund immediately, without return of the defective unit, which I have since trashed. The seller, or at least the rep executing on the sellers behalf, was extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. I did not receive what I ordered, but was seemingly left to feel, at fault. The entire ordeal was ridiculous!
