Good sturdy table and chairs! Worth the money! My daughter loves her new table

We purchased the Guidecraft Mud Kitchen, Activity Table, and outdoor balance beams. Everything is solid and very sturdy. My son already loves using every piece. The Activity Table has been amazing for us so far. It's only been a few days and we use it for coloring, having breakfast with our son on the patio and listening to the birds, and building with legos. He loves having his own space made just for him. While this table is high quality and constructed with solid materials, the wood cracked during the installation process after my husband set everything up. We heard a very loud POP after we set the table upright after assembly. One of the screws created about a four inch crack at the top of the table. The screw also sticks out a tiny bit. This is the only reason for a reduction in stars. We followed the directions exactly and this was the result after quite a large investment in the Guidecraft products. The other products we assembled have no issues. Just this one which we assembled last.
