Substantial and well made. It comes in two heavy boxes that I opened in the garage and brought the pieces to my deck to assemble. The pieces were easy to assemble, instructions were clear but you will want to separate the fasteners before you start, the screws for the loveseat are a very slight difference in length from the screws for the table! The cushions look high quality and are well made, comfortable to sit on. I added an accent pillow and love the look. The set looks great on my deck.

I was surprised at the quality and comfort. It is very sturdy and easy to put together, take your time putting together making sure you hand start the screws before tightening and follow directions to not tighten down until all put together.
