This is sulfur so it's not going to smell lovely but it works and I would say it works even better after a workout. I used head to toe and have sensitive skin and don't experience any irritation. If you have dry skin I would follow up with a moisture rich body wash.

Always experienced skin conditions. Use herbal remedies - everything I could think of and recently looked at certain soaps. Off the shelf sulfur soap 10% effective but wanted something else. Sulfur dries the surface of whatever, helping to relieve problem(s). This soap does not have a strong odor , foams nicely and makes a clean white lather. Use with water (obvious enough) ie make it liquid before use. Dont have to rinse right away - while it dries out.
