Great product - 14 day wait?

My dog is ferociously chewing on his bullibone I write this! He is a Maltese- the size is perfect and he holds it perfectly. BUT - 2 weeks to receive them? My first order shipped and was received within 2 days….maybe a supply problem this time? Just a tad disappointed in service- but not the product.

poor customer service

I have bought bullibones several years now. our dogs love them. My last order I ordered 6 of the super brush. I was billed for 6 I only received 3. I have sent 5 e-mails thru their contact listing and I have call the number they list which states call cannot be completed. I have received no reply. Again I like the product but customer service is lousy.
