I do recommend these only because they do taste good the only problem I have with them is that you don't get very much for your money. They are quite small wish they were a little bit bigger but I'm sure it cost a pretty penny just to make them taste as good as they are. if you're looking for a good tasting protein bar this is the right way to go I have tried not only this flavor but the lemon meringue cookies and cream cookie dough salted caramel all of them taste pretty awesome The salted caramel I was a little disappointed in but it wasn't horrible. They have a strawberry flavor which I am hoping to get soon but you have to buy it and have it shipped to you apparently it's not inside the store.

100 times over I would recommend this! The coconut flavor is so good! One of my favorite candy bars is mounds. The flavor reminds me so much of them! This is a wonderful alternative but with so much less sugar and carbs. And it has protein! Also, this does not have coconut texture in it. I personally am fine with coconut texture. But I know a lot of people are not.

These are high in protein and low in calories, considering. They taste amazing! The cookie dough is my favorite, followed by brownie, then coconut, then salted caramel. They all taste great. If you are vegan/vegetarian, keep in mind that each bar contains gelatin in the form of animal collagen. The downside to these bars is the high cost and the fact that I strangely am prone to choking on these... they are just so chewy! It takes eons to chew completely.
