This Trim Ring is a lamp hole replenish ring, which is mainly used to enlarge the mounting holes of downlights and spotlights. Using it is equivalent to adding spacers to the LED light.
This trim ring overlay sits flush against the ceiling in between the drywall and the recessed light. Also works with ceiling fans and pendant lights. Steel material, strong and durable.
Place Baffle into the trim ring, trim ring is held in place by the baffle. Once Baffle is inside of trim ring then position the baffle into recessed lighting housing and put it into place with springs.
