I noticed the box it came in was crushed. I've had it sitting on a shelf for a while. Today I finally had time to deal with it. There was a missing part - the connection that goes from the knuckle on the stand to the camera is not in the box. It's to inexpensive for me to deal with. So I will buy another camera from somebody else or try a different way to mount it.
