Platform Feeder

I have had a traditional two sided feeder that I took down and replaced with this platform feeder. I had difficulty with the two sided feeder not being large enough to enable nuts and fruit to get through. These nuts and fruit are mostly in the waste free blends. But the waste free was wasted in the two sided feeder because it would go moldy. In the platform feeder I put a half a cup a day. It is eaten by nightfall and is truly no waste. I wish I had gotten the larger feeder.

Sturdy, Long Lasting

Very happy with purchase. Recycled material will be long lasting. Mesh screen, though not removable, is very sturdy. I'm using it for a hanging squirrel feeder. The metal hanger arms are great! Squirrels can jump on the feeder and it never tips! One thing to clarify: The description says 10" square. Mine is 9.5" (using outer measurements). Nice smaller feeder. I may re-order the larger version. Great price for the quality!
