T-shirt too small

I ordered a women's 3x and received a child's 3T. I don't have a printer for a return label. so I called Walmart and they informed me that it's through a third party seller and they emailed them for me and said that if I didn't get it in 48 hours to call them back and Walmart would take care of the refund processing I called back and they sent another email to them and said if they didn't get back to me in 24 hours Walmart would process a refund I still haven't got the email from the seller so I'm going to call Walmart back and see if they're going to give me a refund or not
