Great chair but could use better packaging

I bought two of these for my husband and myself and we love them! They're so big and very comfortable with the extra padding. I actually like them without the straps attached. The relaxed recline the chair has without them tightened is really nice. They're low to the ground making stretching out your legs easy and keeps them from going numb like regular camping chairs. One small gripe I have is how they were shipped. The box had no padding and the metal ripped open the box staining of my chairs during shipping. Overall they were a steal of a deal even with the stain!
