All of temellsan's products are guaranteed against defects for two years from the date of the invoice unless stated otherwise. temellsan shall, at its own expense and option, either repair or replace defective products during the warranty period provided that temellsan has found them to be defective. temellsan reserves the right to replace defective merchandise with different brand merchandise during the warranty period. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, temellsan reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent item or offer an upgrade option. Any abuse, misuse, modification, or attempted modification of the product (except with prior written authorization from temellsan permitting such modification or attempted modification) shall void this warranty. temellsan reserves the right to charge fees for labor (minimum one hour) and diagnostics, shipping, handling, and insurance if it is determined by temellsan's technical staff that the product is not defective or the problem was caused by the user, software, change of configuration, or any modification of the product. temellsan will repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to temellsan's facility. During the third years of extended 3 years limited system warranty customer will need to pay for the return shipping and a deductible fee of $55 fee will be assessed.
