Excellent!
According to tests, I have low manganese and anemia (and it can be not only due to low iron, but also due to low manganese), and in complexes it is usually in small dosages. I'm glad I found it in this dosage, because... This is not a popular supplement, but it is extremely important.

Chelated Manganese
Since I started taking this manganese supplement, I've noticed a few key improvements. First, I've experienced better joint and bone health.
