Verified Purchase

Poor service and ability to return.

The 2 stemless confetti wine glasses were both very different in pattern. Have been trying to return them. Received a return code. Went to 2 different Walmarts and the return code did not work at either Walmart. Manager at last Walmart said to contact seller. Seller said it is not their problem and to contact Walmart. Contacted Walmart customer service and was told I should expect to receive an email with resolution and instructions for the return within 48 hrs. It's been 5 days and still no email. Terrible service on the seller's part and on Walmart.
