Works better for me than name brand. .. No nausea for me when using the dye- free! .. The ones with the dye keeps me sick at my stomach for hours after i wake up. .. I am smaller sized adult, the brands (pills) for adults is just too strong for me and they cause too much drowsiness. I tried this at 5ml at bedtime, it works great for my allergies. .. I no longer wake up feeling sluggish and my sinuses are not blocked. .. Flavor is tolerable, taste like old school bubble gum with artificial sweetener after taste. .. Drinking water washes taste away quickly!
