These are way too small %26 NOT PALAZZO pants!

These are NOT palazzo pants. The legs are tight like jeggings. Way too small. I ordered the next size up from my regular size, but the waist and legs are way too tight. It is more a Large (size 8-10). And the length is past the ankles (about 10" longer than pictured). There is also a line of buttons going down one leg, which were not pictured nor mentioned in the description.
