The suction is STRONG. Once you lock it in, it's not sliding around or falling off your windshield or dash. I've driven on rough roads, made sharp turns, and it stayed right where I put it. That alone gave me peace of mind because I'm not trying to catch my phone while driving. I also like how easy it is to adjust. I can move it to the angle I want without fighting with it. It's firm, but not stiff to the point where you feel like you're going to break it. That balance matters. Now let's be real—nothing is perfect. If your surface isn't clean or flat, you might have to reposition it to get that full suction power. But once it's set correctly, it does what it's supposed to do. Overall, it's giving reliable. It's giving “I'm not about to fall apart on you.” And these days, that's all I need. Would I recommend it? Yes. Especially if you're tired of cheap holders that don't hold.

This phone holder is "Mammoth," so big that it covers up the AC vents of my car's dashboard. So, it is in my son's truck now. He needed something for his long trips anyway. Big bulky phone? Absolutely no problem holding it or a tablet. This is for the professional who needs hands-free use while driving. It is totally adjustable. Adjustments include a ball adjustment for moving the phone in Landscape/Portrait. There's another adjustment at the base to swing the arm left or right. Also, the arm itself has an adjustment to bend it up or down. So far, it is holding on his dashboard. I tried to get him to use it on the windshield, but hey, he tinted it... Go figure. The suction on the (over 4") pad is very stable. I'll update this if it doesn't work out or if it's better than we thought. I'm bummed that it didn't work out for me!
