I was disappointed

the main reason I bought this was to get the banners. while setting up for the party, I went to put them up, only to find that they weren't prestrung as any I've bought in the past were, even from the dollar store. instead, they included the parts, a tiny roll of line and a plastic needle for stringing the line through the parts. we didn't have time to fool with that, so we didn't get to use them at all. The tissue balls required assembly too, but that was necessary and easier. the sash was ok. next time, I'll go back to the dollar store.
