I had a situation where my order was doubled by mistake and the pick-up sales associate understood the situation, took back the extra piece and said he would charge it back. Unfortunately, that did not happen at the time. I called customer service, explained the situation and the Wal Mart associate took care of my problem and issued a refund for the item I did not need. As good or better than factory

I bought these hubcaps to replace the original ones on my 2005 Toyota Sienna. These were well constructed and arrived in an extra box for shipping. After putting the metal rings on the backside of the hubcaps; they were a "snap" to install. Personally, I like them as much or more than the factory ones. The molded in lug nuts make them look more like alloy wheels.
