Prep•N•Cook by McSunley 12Qt Stainless Steel Stockpot

So far I've used this stock pot for corn on the cob and chili. I love how the pot is taller than the other brand of stock pots I own. It doesn't take up as much space on the stove but holds a lot of food. It has a shiny mirror finish. One of the best features is the steam vent in the glass lid. I don't have to worry as much about it boiling over. The lid is a heavier glass with an easy to handle knob. The handles on the sides of the pot stay cool when you're cooking. The base is a clad type so that helps with maintaining heat in the pot and helps to prevent sticking or scorching. I cook on medium to low heat in a stock pot generally to avoid burning the pot. There is a ten year warranty which is amazing! I wish the top of the pot had a smoothed lip rather than the curled under one. It's easier to clean if it's smooth. The stock pot washes well. I always hand wash these types of things and they last. The stock pot came with a huge sticker on the side and a small one on the bottom that peeled off flawlessly. For the price this is a really good deal.

I absolutely love the drip free pouring ability and the fact that the handles do not get hot! I only wish they made the knob on the lid from something that doesn't get hot- the one thing from making it THE perfect Stock pot. Great for soups, stews, pasta, etc.
