Calibrate COS-965AGFC Cooktop Burners: Read all instructions carefully before beginning. Light two other burners and turn the control knob to medium. This will ensure the burners flame does not extinguish when other burners are turned on. Light the burner needing calibration and turn the control knob to the lowest setting. Remove the control knob. Insert a small, flat-head screwdriver into the adjustment screw or control knob valve stem, and slowly turn the screw until the flame appearance is correct. Open the valve more (counter-clockwise) if the flames are too small or fluttered, or the flame extinguishes entirely. Close the valve more (clockwise) if the flames are too large. Replace the control knob. Test the flame by turning the control from LO to HI, checking the flame at each setting. Repeat the above steps for each burner
Adjust COS-965AGFC Oven Burners for LP Gas: Locate the air inlet cap, found on the far right side of the oven burner as shown in Figure 1. The oven burner can be found by removing the rectangular burner cover on the floor of the oven. The mounting screw on the far left side of the oven burner can be removed to allow easier access to the air inlet cap. Loosen but do not remove the screw on the oven burners air inlet cap. The location of the screw is indicated by the red arrow seen in Figure 1. Rotate the air inlet to align the cap with the engraved marking matching your gas type (NG / LPG). Tighten screw on the burners air inlet cap.
