Go for the Golden Milk.
This product is a powder filled with tasteless collagen for nails, skin, and hair. It is also filled with Tumeric for inflammation reduction. The Tumeric has a natural delicious ginger flavor to it when stirred in with water. I look forward to it every day. It is totally organic and reasonably priced. I feel it also helps reduce inflammation and keeps my hair, nails, and skin in decent condition.
