Blue 4 Wheeler-Long time to receive parts.

I ordered this during a Black Friday Sale for Christmas. On Christmas, it ran for about 10 minutes and the right front wheel stopped working. I contacted the Walmart and was forwarded to the seller. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement motor. The part is coming from China and took about 2 weeks to receive. They sent the wrong motor. I contacted them again, was initially told it is the correct motor and to try to install it. I sent photos pointing out the differences. The part numbers did not match. The original part had a male plug whereas the replacement had a female plug. They agreed it was the wrong part and would send another replacement motor. I requested expedited shipping but they could not. I receive the 2nd replacement motor and it works. The time it took to get the correct motor was excessive. This was a Christmas present for a 4 year old. Please see attached photos. From the left is the original motor, 1st replacement motor and finally the correct motor.

We purchased this for our grandson When it came in, we assembled it, and there was a piece broken in the electrical system. We contacted the third-party seller and they gave us the runaround. I took it back to Walmart and they first said that they couldn't return it, and then I talked to a very helpful manager named Becky, and she said that Walmart would take care of it, and they did. We won't be purchasing anything from this third party seller ever again.
