The set fits the Mascool 6400 CFM cooler perfectly. Only the two big pieces and the styrofoam spacers were needed for my cooler. Customer reviews elsewhere complained about the smell that lasted a long time after installing these pads, and I could notice the smell as soon as I opened the box, so I decided to rinse it throughly after installing the pads. Here is what I did: First, I disconnect the cooler fan and turned on the cooler, which ran the water pump and soaked the pads. I could immediately notice that the smell got very intense. It smelled like a mix of bleach and some other chemical, and the water in the reservoir even developed foam on the surface. After running it for 2 hours, I turned off the cooler, drained the water reservoir, refilled the water reservoir, ran it for 2 more hours, and drained the water reservoir again. The smell was still strong, and I realized that it would not go away easily. Since the cooler is designed to purge water every 6 hours of continuous running, I decided to let the cooler do the job. That is, I ran the cooler continuously for 3 days with the fan disconnected, so the water reservoir was purged 14 times including the initial two manual purges. When I reconnected the fan and ran the cooler, I could still notice rather strong smell in the house. I disconnected the fan again and ran the cooler with the fan disconnected for 3 more days. Now the smell is almost gone. That is, if someone ran the cooler 8 hours a day without doing what I did, the smell would probably last at least 3 weeks.
