Really dissatisfied,wouldn't even respond back.

I ordered a 20 x 20 wreath that looks 3 -D in the picture. When I received it it was only 8 x 8 flat wood. Original post said nothing about no returns but when I tried it wouldn't let me. I messaged the seller and now it's not available. Looks like is but not as clear.

BUYER BEWARE; I was looking forward to a smaller version of what the larger ones were. However, the advertisement of this item is totally false. It isn't "handpainted." It was nothing as described under Product Details. The 3D pictures it showed are FALSE. It is a solid piece of Balsam wood, cut out, and a very poor looking picture of an eagle glued on. It says it is for ondoor and indoor use. Not with a glued on piece of paper. Not in Texas weather. I would not recommend this product nor this company for their deceptive practice to sell this product!
