Hangs very low

The whole unit hangs fairly low especially on a standard height shower. I probably should have accounted for that and reset the shower height higher. 5'9" tall and head is almost touching the main shower head and the wand is at face height. Unit operates well otherwise in the first week of use.

Defect but we hope we can fix it.

Beautiful but I agree with Jen on the quality issue. Ours isn't pushing out any water so trying what she said to see if that fixes it!!! Thanks Jen for your comment. My husband was about to tear out the entire wall!!! Moen needs to give a discount for the next products I need to buy to update this house!!

It's a good product but not great.

I've had this installed in my shower for about 8 months now and the Quality and looks are good. The only complaint I have is the water pressure coming out of the shower isn't as strong as the old shower head and faucet it replaced if moen would increase the max flow rate of the gallons per minute it would be a great shower faucet. I've read a lot of reviews of people removing the water cartridge for because the max flow rate of 1.7 gallons a minute is to low and is causing pressure issues. The looks and quality are great the pressure not that great.
