Washer Pump - Compatible with 1999 - 2012 Audi A4 Quattro Avant 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011

Part works good. The inlet/outlet for the fluid is on the opposite side of the original so it was a confusing to install. At first I couldn't get the pump to fit and I called partsgeek support since I thought that the part doesn't fit my 03 VW Golf. The customer representative (Cory) was very rude and instead of trying to help me with suggestions how to install the pump he was just trying to prove to me that I ordered the wrong part for my car. It seemed like he was asking me questions and hoping I would give him the answer that proves that I bought the wrong part so he wouldn't have to give me an exchange. At the end of the conversation his tone of voice got pretty aggressive because I think he just wanted me to get off the phone. I asked him to please calm down because I don't want to get into a heated argument about a 9 dollar part. He then hung up the phone on me!! I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but also not like trash!!
