Great product but service help needed

hey, I just walked out to my car and noticed that I was missing a lug nut on my back right tire. I'm assuming this is because Walmart didn't tighten them or forgot to put one on, it's the first time I've noticed it. can I somehow get it replaced or get my money back? I also am missing a stem cap. Thanks!
