INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Simply pop 1 tablet in your mouth, and chew lightly.
2. Brush with a wet toothbrush and rinse as usual.
3. Use 2-3 times daily.

DETAILED DIRECTIONS: For adults and children 7 years and older, chew one tablet thoroughly, then brush and rinse as usual. For best results, after each meal or at least twice daily, or as directed by a dentist.
