Easy to install door closer at a great price

I bought this for the door going into the garage from the house, since I don't ever want to leave it open. The closer was easy to install on the door frame with the four screws, with the lever acting on the door. The lever tension can be adjusted for the weight of the door. So far, it's working great.

Great! Fully lubricate hinges first.

Works perfectly! As a tip lubricate door hinges properly. Sticky door hinges will require you to use higher tension thus shortening lifespan of product. I use first tension setting and product works great. If your hinges are worn out replace them first.
