Comfortable Footrest

It's exactly as described, however, in order to fold it when not in use you have to remove the cushion which is held on by velcro. It's still a nice concept though. It is also comfortable and the color is nice.

Missing parts. Had to return. No help from walmart

MISSING PARTS. No screws. No screwdriver. Walmart AI help was useless - They said contact the manufacturer. However there was no info in the package or on the package as to who the manufacturer was. After some digging, I found a live customer service %23 and called that. Walmart tried to contact the manufacturer but said that the manufacturer does not accept calls. So the only option is to return it for a refund. It looks like it would have been flimsy anyway, as other reviewers have said. So don't buy it. You will have to return it. This is not good customer service and it's not a cheap item.
