I found the product to be just as described. The ad seemed confusing as to if the price was for one arm or two. I called and was told it is for two. I only received ONE. Many calls later I finally get the second one but wish I didn't have to go through all I went through to just get what I was told in the beginning. I was told it is a PAIR.
