I bought these for 2 reasons: I wanted a shoe that I can use both on the sidewalk and the gravel trails nearby; and I needed one with a bit higher stack than the Torrin 6 (which I also love). This shoe, so far, has been great: snug where it needs to be and roomy where it counts, the soles are excellent in the rain and country roads full of potholes, and the best thing is, they don't feel heavy or stiff. I ran a PR half-marathon in them last weekend, and can't wait for more fall racing!

I run on a lot of gravel roads. I usually run in Escalate Racers (my favorite shoe ever) but decided to try these! They are a game changer for gravel and uneven terrain. They feel smaller than my Racers but normal size was still fine. Great new offroad running shoe!
