I prefer this to the lemon juice concentrate. There is only ONE ingredient here. Fresh, squeezed lemon juice. And its ORGANIC! Just have to remember to keep it refrigerated. This is the "umpteenth" time I've bought this item. Great on top of fried fish, or in a glass of water, or for homemade lemonade, or in some hot tea etc etc......this is the only lemon juice I use.
