This is such a great tool! I love to use wire whips, but they are so clunky in the drawer with other tools and invariably cause a tangle with those. This whip works well, is strong enough for all I need to do and, the best part, it completely flattens in the drawer. I have used it heavily for four months and not found it wanting in any way.
