Switched from a cheap wrist unit that kept giving me weird spikes. This one feels steadier and the upper arm cuff gives me more confidence. Setup took maybe five minutes including figuring out the cuff direction. The memory feature is the main win for me because I can compare mornings to evenings and see a pattern. The screen is large enough that I can read it without tilting it toward the light. Nice that I can run it off a USB-C cable when the batteries get low.
