A total disaster-what a shame!
A huge disappointment. I've seen this mirror in a friend's home and it is certainly beautiful. Ironically, their's also recently chipped. I received mine and the mirror door was completely shattered (see photo). Shards of glass everywhere-how dangerous. Imagine what it was like to pack it up and return it? Also, for what it is worth, FedEx might be part of the problem. The mirror was left not at my door, as their “report” stated, but in the lobby of my building. I had to have a neighbor carry it up for me. The picture that FedEx attached to their report was of a completely different , MUCH SMALLER box at my front door (see photo). I don't know what else could've gone wrong. So very disappointed.
