Perfect for the price and need!

Lid fits great on the original bottom lid, doesn't go all the way down but seals it and prevents water to leak. The original lid spun off due over tightening, but it fitted perfectly on the replacement bottom lid (: Which I consider a plus. The only negative thing is the replacement bottom lid doesn't have a rubber gasket at its bottom, and the fitment is good, but requires attention to screw it down. Overall it's a very good replacement! (In the picture the yellow one is the original- it's stained due to putting turmeric tea in it)

It's not leak proof at all it fits good as far as replacement, but it leaks really bad. If you tilt your cup, I will not recommend.
