I may be late to the party, but I am THRILLED to have discovered this product! Using the gel cuts down on liquid being added to icing made with powdered sugar, which makes a big difference. I purchased this green food coloring to make Grinch Fluff at Christmas and again on Saint Paddy's Day in cracked cookies. Both times, the non-flavored food coloring worked well. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for food coloring. The consistency is thicker than the drops, which I believe made it easier to work with. Mixes effortlessly and the more you add the deeper the color gets.

We made a Stranger Things gingerbread house this year to celebrate the last season of ST. Needed a black food coloring and this one really performed well. We had white frosting so I like that you can add the color slowly to make a gray or a black. It's thick, so you need a small utensil to spoon it out. Unfortunately the website wouldn't allow me to upload a photo, the house turned out adorable with black vines, and a "gate" on the front.
