gaia herbs black cohosh
this company, "Gaia Herbs" is, in my opinion, a very good company. They use clean, organic ingredients, they don't add unnecessary fillers, most (if not all) products are liquid based, which is easier for the body to assimilate, and the bottles are glass (easy to rinse out and reuse)! This is an American company based in the US. Black Cohosh is healthy for a variety of reasons; it benefits more than the hormonal systems.
